About BRT
Founded in 2014, Ningbo BRT Imp & Exp Co., Ltd. is a stationery manufacturer and trading company with our own notebook factory in China. Led by founder Holly Xu, who has more than 20 years of experience in stationery exports, we serve wholesalers, distributors, retail chains, and OEM and private label brands worldwide.

Our Own Notebook Factory
Notebook manufacturing is at the core of our business. Our own factory allows us to work directly with customers on notebook specifications, customization requirements, and production planning.
For OEM and private label projects, we help buyers develop notebooks suited to their market, brand, and budget. Available materials, sizes, binding styles, printing, and packaging options are confirmed according to each project’s requirements.

A Broader Stationery Range
Alongside our in-house notebook production, we work with partner suppliers to offer folders, pencil cases, school stationery sets, writing instruments, and backpacks. By combining manufacturing with coordinated sourcing, we help customers purchase complementary products through one point of contact.

OEM, Private Label & Stock Options
Whether you are developing a branded collection or looking for available stock, we start by understanding your purchasing needs.
For customized orders, we confirm product specifications, branding, packaging, minimum order quantities, and production lead times during quotation. For stock orders, we confirm current availability, quantities, and dispatch schedules before you place an order.
